I live in the Los Angeles area in So-Calif. and the craziest thing that I've ever seen happening on a freeway was when I was going home from work last week -- the traffic came to a standstill and cars were being made to go around an 'Adult Tweaker' (meth head) who was riding a motocross bicycle in the far right lane on the freeway! The bicycle was small too for him to be on in the first place! But, yeah. He was just pedaling away like it was normal to be on a freeway riding a bicycle !! .
